Commence Orchid Ozone Building No. 9 and completing.
Q: Kindly confirm when commence building no. 9 and completing also disbursement due date.

Latest Answer: I own flat in building 16, terrace slab complete. As informed to me the target date for the completion is DEC 2014 don't know how they would give posession phase wise or at one go as in 1st phase 2-3 buildings are almost complete (structure wise), and demanded 89% of the agreed value already only Painting 3%, flooring 3% and posession 5% are left.
