The price is around Rs 4700 per square feet.. If you calculate like this also it will be 46 lacs and adding other costs it will be 50 lacs for sure..What do you say?
Ohk. So you mean to say the total cost of the flat including everything will be 50lacs ? I would still ask for slight negotiation of 2lacs. Also, i would like to see the photos of the flat.
