As a tenant you have to pay the electricity bill and maintenance charges will include all the amenities charges. The infrastructure of the Kerala is not enough to support the guideline. Kerala does not have enough land for wider peripheral road, and many more like that. Citibank lawyers have not cleared Jacaranda - I went for a loan to Citibank and their lawyers have not come back with an approval after 1.5 months. Q: Do I need to pay one month rent if I leave rented house before the agreement expires? As there is no such rule in my rent agreement to pay one month rent if I leave the house before expiry of agreement, only it is mentioned \"either party shall inform by written ONE (1) month before vacating the schedule". So i discussed with my owner and he is saying I have to pay one month rent for leaving early. It's not the painting charges which usually give after completion of agreement. My owners comment I need to Pay 2 months rent (one is for leaving early and another as painting charges).

Q: Sir, In our apartment the association is collecting uniform maintenance charges from all the owners even though they are non uniform flat sizes. My association is not concentrating on SQ. FT. based maintenance charges. If larger the maintenance charge more burden on low sq ft flat owners and the tenants are some times ready to vacate because of over burden in the form of maintenance charge. Lower sq ft flats may not accommodate more families. It is completely injustice to collect uniform MCs.

Q: I wanted to know about the area Hennur Road. There are 3 projects one from LGCL which is a villa project, second a row house project from Ramky and third there is also an apartment project Salarpuria Gold Summit. LGCL is approx. Rs. 6K per Sqft, Ramky is around Rs. 4.8K per Sqft and Gold Summit is around Rs. 4.2K per Sqft. which one is the better project can any one suggest the best one to invest in? LGCL Stonescape, Ramky Serene Woods or Salarpuria Gold Summit or any other project?
