Q: Please think and read through various existing project's owners forum on yahoo or google to understand the woes they go through after booking an apartment or villa at Sobha developers. There are several projects wherein Sobha developers didn't deliver the promised clubhouse and other amenities, don't pay interest on illegally collected deposits promising these facilities, play around with people's money, time and effort by providing wrong details on clearance on Civic amenity site from appropriate Govt agencies, have kept a retired General from Indian Army as their exec director who shields all the complaints & incompetant staff from the barrage of complaints from countless home owners.

Q: Today I ran into the most unprofessional staff at Adarsh Palm Retreat's marketing office. They first keep you waiting for a long time...while addressing others who come in later. Secondly they do not care to listen what the customers asking for. They try to ignore you OR get away from you as soon as possible. God save customers from Adarsh Palm Retreat's marketing office folks. I wish that the management / owner at Adarsh reads this and takes some disciplinary action against the marketing office team members.

I was also planning to buy an apartment in one of the projects by Balaji Developers but I back off from my decision after see the reviews about the builder in many other threads. It seems they do not keep their commitment, do not provide proper amenities and even the quality of construction is very poor. The construction quality is good and they have successfully completed many residential projects. Water facility is there and I do not think there will be any water supply problem as they will be providing rain water harvesting system. Q: Hi, We stayed in individual house for 10 months. As per the agreement, 1 month before we vacate this room we should inform the room owner and according we informed our room owner with 1 month prior notice. Now my room owner is saying unless tenants come to this house he cant return our advance money. He is asking us to vacate this room and after that when tenant will pay him advance money then only he will return it. We also told unless u return our money we won't vacate this house and he told then again you have to pay extra money for that. Would anyone please give me some legal advice so that we get our money back soon and get rid of this problem?

Sketch of your property showing its boundaries and location of site iv. Improvement Charges v. National Saving Certificates for Rs.200/- vi. Encumbrance certificate for vacant sites vii.
