Watchman problem
Q: Who collect the maintenance cash in your flats. We have our watchman who give the montly statement and collect maintenence cash submit to the secreatary and provie receipt for the cash paid. Also, he is not obedient he stays along with his family (wife and son) in our flats. Please suggest the way to collect maintenence and substitute for watchman say for example using security guard.

My comments to replies
Normally our members sit for an hour in the evening for 10 days and collect. Missed out and late payers will give in person or send thru watch man.We have a treasure to collect and maintain the accounts.

@Balaji, I totally agree with Kumar we are also paying the maintenance charges to the treasurer who maintains the accounts.
