I am interested to invest on Olympia Granade, Pallavaram. I heard that water is not good in that area. Also lot of leather factories are there. Did anyone know about this? As far as I know Olympia Grande is a residential project by Olympia group comprises of 2bhk and 3bhk apartments. The project offers all the modern facilities and it is located at Pallavaram, Chennai.
Hi Vijay, I went and looked at the one in Pallavaram Thoraipakkam road, SKYPark Residential. It's similar to Olympia Grande.
