Has anyone recently inquired about the price and the availability of 2/3 BHK flats in Greenage?
Btw, the builder had said that the possession for Alpine and Birch blocks will be in June 2012, and for Juniper and Oak blocks will be Sep-Dec 2012.
Anyone thinks this is likely?
I do not think that the project will get completed by this year because the project is still under construction. @Sambit did you visit the site? It is already June have they completed the Alpine and Birch block.
Last time I visited the project, Salarpuria folks told me that Alpine & Birch blocks will be given to buyers by June 2012 for interiors work. I could see some amount of landscaping was in progress, and painting etc. were in progress in these two blocks. I'm not sure if they have actually notified flat owners in these blocks about starting interiors work.
The Juniper & Oak blocks, which they said will be given for interiors by Sep-Dec 2012, looked like not so close to completion. Agreed the towers had come up, but I don't know about further works like flooring, plumbing, etc. and finishing inside flats and common areas... They told me only Oak has flats available. I am not very sure about Sep-Dec 2012 delivery for interiors work.

Not sure, Salarpuria says Alpine-Birch delivery for interiors by June 2012, and Juniper-Oak blocks delivery for interiors by Sep-Dec 2012.
