I am one of the few who has booked a unit in the second phase which has been deferred and perhaps not come up at all. I didn't agree to shift to first phase when DLF made the offer. DLF has not returned the money paid yet. Is there anyone else here similar to my case here?

We paid 90% of the total value for a 3 bhk+3 t + study in DLF garden city, omr. we were promised of a possession by dec 2011. and still we havent received any communication. our calls are not answered, so are our emails. how to pull out from the project. pls help
Hello Thamilarasi...i would suggest you that you all owners should first discuss this matter in detail. Give warnings to the builder. And if something is promised on papers, you can always drag the builder to court.
