Q: I have booked a flat in Ignis 'F'. According to the agreement the builder is liable to pay interest on delayed possession after Dec 2011. When I spoke to the customer service person, he told me there is a clause (24) in the agreement which says if any payment is delayed from the buyers side, the builders interest on delayed possession will get forfeited. I have already paid interest on one delayed payment. Can the builder still not pay penalty on delayed possession?

Q: The rate of 1 BHK Vasind is around 4000 sq. ft. I would like to confirm that is this rate justified with the location like Vasind. Since the place is not well developed, I think Tata's are charging very high.

Q: I am planning to buy a flat in Manikonda, panchavati colony,hyd.It's a 1350sft area (including with common area)+100sft car parking+ amenties(generator)+ woodwork in 2 bedrooms(not so extraordinary, very less wood work in hall)+ fall ceiling. ground floor flat. Total 12 flats in apartment with ground cellar. Price 32.5Lacs.As per igrs site for other flats in the same apartment registered in 2008. But some way these flats they didn’t sell. I am not sure why. But builder is staying there from March, 2012. and now he want to sell. Does it worth for the price?
