Q: HI We have bought a Flat in Orchid Island as we are not India can somebody please update about the project status.

According to the reports in the newspapers in the last 2 months (Jan - Feb '12), the DTCP has cancelled the licence of Orchid Island for non payment of EDC etc ... The real status is yet unknown and unclear.
