I am currently having my flat getting ready by Durga Projects and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd , under project Durga Rainbow Bangalore. It has become a nightmare dealing with this monster. To cite some of the examples: 1. During sales cycle it was told that there would be approximately 2 months gap between two demands, but later on we got demand on very short notices also. 2. Builder surprised us on New Year by raising interest demand, ironically from last 1.5 yrs+ he never asked for interest. 3. Service tax in mid and betterment charges were totally surprise which never was during sales cycle. 4. Staff at site is good for nothing. 5. Most important - non adherence to the model flat which was shown at the time of sale.
