Need suggestion about Vetri Nagar.
Q: Hi, we are planning to buy a plot in Vetri Nagar (Either in phase I/II) at Pallikaranai area. But, I heard that there is a problem going on related to Marshland (Wet land) located just next to Vetri Nagar. Is that true? have any one bought the plot recently? any suggestion is appreciated please.Since it's a reserved forest (Marshland), am not sure where to confirm the details. Please suggest me if any one knows the exact reason or the problem of why no one has started the construction...I hope the input would help for those who are planning to buy the plot around the area...

Again, an article has come in today's "Thehindu" paper related to the restoration of Marshland (Corporation reluctant to give marshland for restoration). However, there is no specific area mentioned in it. Hello Ram, As you said that there is problem going on related to wet land may this is the reason why no one is ready to construct or buy a plot there. I would advice you to take advice from your legal expert about it before buying any plot there.
