India-Bulls greens, Medavakkam apartment.
Q: Hi, I booked an apartment in India-bulls Greens Medavakkam, chennai in Feb'2011 by paying around 3 lakhs and they gave the planned completion date as 2014. But all of a sudden I got an email/letter stating that they have cancelled their project due to some issues in the clean title of land and they are going to refund my money with 12% interest. I'm in deep trouble now as during the time of booking in 2001, the rate per sq feet was around 2800 and now its more than 3500 or so! And moreover I was having various options to select during that time, but now its very limited... Complete time & effort was wasted!!! What should I do? Please suggest.

Latest Answer: I suggest you to first contact the builder and confirm the news. If it is said that the project has been cancelled due to some issues then you contact a legal expert and check what could be done further.
