Have met with Sobha sales team exec's. So impressed with their quality. The carpet area of the 2 bedroom should be around 900-1000, and the 4 bedroom 2800. It would be ideal if the project is in South Bangalore, but willing to compromise.

I think it is difficult to find 2 or 3 bhk in Noida within 40 lakh. You check in Vaishali or Indirapuram. visit the areas and enquire local residents for right info.
