Yes you are right, the Bysani goup has till now not provide the occupancy certificate. Even they have violated zonal regulations, now the BBMP has ordered the residents to vacant the building immediately.

Hi Ganesh, The address as follows: 138/9, 2nd Cross, Elephant Rock Road, 3rd Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore. But I do not know whether this is the old or new address.

THey have recently shifted from Jayanagar 4th Block office near post office above Pizza Hut

Hi Ganesh, I heard that it is approved by BDA. No idea about the other approvals..
The plan was approved by BBMP. BDA has no role in this building

Earlier without getting approvals only the builder had given possession of flats to buyers.. there was this issue one year ago I guess.. But I hope by now they may have received all the approvals.
They have received no final approvals like OC , fire dept clearance etc.The builder has even shifted his office without telling where he has gone. Watchman at the old building tells he does not know.

Hey Ganesh, You should talk with the builder directly about the approvals and if needed you can take advice from your legal expert in this matter.
Builder is giving very evasive answers. My lawyer is suggesting I file a case in consumer court. Are there other fellow owners willing to join me?
