Hello Piyush, You can check out for Suncity Apartments or Sobha Quatz in Sarjapur Road. Silverwood Regency is a good project located in Bellandur.
Hi Sumanth..Sobha, Silverwood properties are way beyond my budget. I enquired with them. Most of the appartment was pariced over 70 lakh.

Looking for a Flat in Sarjapur, Whitefield and Harlur area
Q: I am looking for 3 BHK appartment in Sarjapur, Whitefield or Harlur area. My budget is around 50 lakh. Can someone suggest good builders on which i can enquire. For me Builder name is not that important but quality of construction should be good.

Hey Piyush, The price of 3 BHK apartments in Sarjapur Road and Whitefield starts from Rs 70 lakhs but In this budget you can get only 2 BHK apartments

Looking for a BDA approved site
Q: I am looking for a BDA approved site (30X40, 40X40) in Sarjapura, whitefield, hennur,Banashankri, ISRO layout. I have given the option as I am open to any of the above areas provided the properties are good with no legal issues. What would be the best channel through which i can buy BDA approved sites. Please suggest.
