Builder reliability
Q: I am considering the option of buying the row houses that Ashish builders is coming up with near Rajni Ashish apartment. Can you please let me know if this builder is reliable and the quality of construction is superior?

How About the water problems? I heard Shriram Samruddhi Apartments (next to it) has some major water problems. Although the row house builder claims to have borewells, I hear that the underground water is too hard to be used satisfactorily and no cauvery supply there yet. Is it still a wise decision?? My comments to replies
Aashish Developer and Builders is a reputed and reliable builders. The project is approved by BBMP. I feel that it is indeed a wise investment to make from the business point of view.
