Builder had put a stall at site to entertain buyers. He is getting many new inquiry as seen by crowd. The Quoted rate is Rs 9450/_ psf which he intended to hike soon. Few 1 BHK of Area 792 and 826 are also available. Builder Procession date is in Dec 2013. The work is also going in SRA Site and Premier Residence. I also have few photo of site but this site do not have photo upload facility.
