Ask the homeowner to get a letter from the bank stating the total due amount.
You can directly give the check to the bank for the due amount. In case you are also applying for a loan, you can show the letter to your bank or home loan company and ask them to make the payment to the present owner’s bank directly.
The process will be much simpler if you are taking the loan from the same bank as the loan taken by the present owner.

Further they have delayed position of flat by one year. Now they are saying that they will give possession in Jan 2013.. and they are almost enjoying my flat cost which i took bank loan and back has disbursed the full amount only 5% is left which will be get disbursed after registration.
I am paying full interest since last two years. and I dont have any clause in agreement to put the penalty on builder and anyone help me to get it done.

Sree Maangal Group has been contributing to Pune real estate from past many years. They have given good quality construction and gained good name in the market. But however like all other builders, this too has its own pros and cons.
