Planning to book a flat in Raja Aristos.
Q: Hi, I am planning to visit Raja Aristos and looking forward to book 1375(2bhk), the builder is quoting 3500 per sq.ft. Let me know if anybody who has bought had bargained for?

Price is still less than other builders in the vicinity.in nov last year they were quoting 3200

Q: Can someone give me inputs on the Raja Aristos project. On what is the last price and how the builder is?

Raja Aristos is one of the ongoing projects of Raja Housing Ltd. It offers 2bhk and 3bhk flat with various modern facilities. It is located at Bannerghatta Road near Meenakshi Temple. Apollo Hospital and Fortis are the nearest hospital in the locality. The project is expected to get completed by 2014. Raja Housing Ltd is one of the well experienced and known real estate group in Bangalore. Investment on this residential property is an intelligent plan.
Have you booked the flat there. How much will a 2 BHK come upto.. I liked the location and apartment.. But dont know how good the builder is.... He had soem problem with Raja Sannidhi....
