Has any one booked any flat in Ashish J K apartments ,Marathahalli(Builder - Aashish Developer and Builders)? It seems currently booking is in progress for the C Block ( A & B Block is over). Please let me know how good the builder is as not found any review regarding the builder.

I have looked at the flat yesterday and looks in an advanced stage normally this is where they stall any development as its expensive from here on. Other than that has anyone done any title check? He mentioned 2950 how much has anyone negotiated to? Of course road is a major issue he says it will be ready by launch but we all know how much we can believe them so that looks a definite no for me considering there is a farm land on the way which will be an issue while acquiring that land. Does anyone have feedback about Pearl Group developers. I visited their site for new project Palm Vistas villas in White field. The project is in pre launch stage. Any feedback based on previous projects would be helpful.

Looks you guys are on the same boat as me. I have seen their Villa pictures and they look good on paper. My biggest issue like Srivathsan mentioned is paying 20,00,000 upfront without even looking at their land docs.
