Tranquil Acres Phase II is an ongoing project of Plaza Group. It offers choice of 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments in an area ranging between 1135 sq ft to 1765 sq ft. Located at Kovilambakkam in Chennai. It is situated near Kamashi hospital. It has 12 buildings and 440 flats inside it.
