Pros and Cons of investing in these 3 areas in Bangalore.
Q: Hi, I am an IT professional settled in Bangalore and planning to invest in a property. However, I am in a big dilemma with regards to the area to invest in, since in Bangalore the IT parks are scattered in all parts of the city. I have now focused my search to 3 localities viz Whitefield, Marathalli and Bannerghatta road. Can someone tell me which among these is the best to invest in and what are the pros and cons of each of them?

Latest Answer: All three areas are good with respect to development. If your office is located near ITPL, then it's advisable to choose Marathalli or Whitefield. These 2 areas are near to ITPL and outer ring road. There are good shopping malls, schools, hospitals and the localities look beautiful and well-designed since it is recently developed. And there are many projects to choose from.
