I would like to invest in DLF, Hyderabad. Kindly advice.
Q: Hi, could anyone kindly give some information on DLF Nandigama, Hyderabad? Has anybody purchased any plot here, if so what are the prices and what's the future prospects of this venture? Your replies will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi All! Just got more info on DLF, The current price is Rs 4900/sq. yd and and the minimum plot size avaiblable for sale is 350 sq.yds or more, thanksHi All! I have not bought any plot there but I heard that they are quoting Rs 4050 per sq yards.

The project is located on Hyderabad - Bengaluru Expressway. These plots are highly promising, because the property prices in this region are steadily on the rise, with the development making inroads along with the Hyderabad - Bengaluru Expressway.
