Q: The people who booked flat before 3 years are still waiting possession and there are no chances to get it for another year.

Under similar impression I booked flat 3 years back, the possession as per Hubtown that time Ackruti was in Dec 2010. After that they committed on June 2011... postponed to Sept. 2011 then Dec 2011.. then March 2012 and now they are saying July 2012 with clause of may further increase... The rates given above are of mid 2009. There were similar rates in that area. Difference is other builder provided possession and Hubtown is saying if you want to cancel you can take money back with 9% interest. The rates in that area shoot almost double. No progress at all. The site is almost at standstill from more than last 8 months. Not sure when they will provide possession. We have been cheated, new buyers don't get cheated. Hey Emina, Every builder delay in giving possession so do they.
Lalit, no reputed builders make possession delay of almost 2 years and put clause of further delay.

Hubtown Solaris is one of the reputed builders and I heard that they offering affordable houses.
What is the use of such offering if you have to pay rent or interest to bank for which you are prolonged waiting for possession.

Yes Hubtown Countrywoods is offering affordable housings. The cost of 1bhk is around Rs 13.58 Lakhs and for 2bhk it is around Rs 20.78 Lakhs.
The rates given above are of mid 2009.

Q: Please aon't invest in Akruti or Hubtown Countrywoods, Kondhwa Pune. Because it has much more delay for possession crisis. I am a flat owner from Akruti.

Back on track but still not so good progress. Your post of last year. From that period they have handed over 4 buildings out of more than 30.
