Can anyone tell me why these builders charge for this floor rise charges?
Q: I somehow hate the process of floor rise charges... Can anyone tell me why these builders charge for this floor rise charges and then corner flat charges, miscellaneous charges, etc?

It may be Preferential Charges where builder charges property buyers a rate for alloting flat for enjoying extra advantage
thanks for your reply. But still how does floor rise charges apply as people may not prefer higher floor
