the builder is giving refund of money, the property was booked at low prise, whereas the price is so high today. If others are getting land / property cleared - nirmal, vasant oscar, oberoi @ burrough welcome, WHY is Runal who is so reputed not able to get it. I feel it is just a way to sell back to new people at current price at huge margins, thus duping / cheating people who trusted Runwal for so many years and had booked the flats in advance

Dear All,
I have booked (on 28/07/2009) a 2BHK flat in Boston in Puranik City Complex by Puranik Builders located at Kasar Vadavli on Ghodbunder Road. I was promised prossession by Oct 2010, but till (28/3/2011) I have not received possession of my flat. Now builder's office informing that possession will be given by end of May 2011. What can I do? Builder states that TMC is delaying the possession not only of Puranik projects but also of amny other builedrs in Thane. How far is this is true? I am totaly frustrated at this. What can be done? Please guide. Thanks.

Lodha has decided to suspend construction of Lodha Excellencia, Thane and are smartly calling individual buyers to their office and offering them 12% simple interest p.a. on the monies paid or offering some discount on their new projects elsewhere.They have cheated people of their hard-earned money and offering peanuts now. Last week i visited the site and they assured me that i will get possession by june, but i dont think so. it seems, so much work is pending. He was giving me excuses by comparing other builders regarding possession. I fed up now. Paying heavy EMI as well as rent.
