Information about a property on foreclosure.
Q: When the bank puts a property on foreclosure and auctions it, is it the banks responsibility to get the property vacated from the current owner, or is it the buyers responsibility?

Q: Hi all, we have noticed many cases of constructions done in prohibited areas. What will be the outcome of this?

Latest Answer: Hi Guys, not only this but any construction that poses threat to ecology, will be stopped or removed from that area.
