How about investing in this property and builder?
Q: The property is still in pre-launch phase and there is a factory which they are going to remove and then start construction. The pre launch investor quota looks good, but comes with high initial cost and risk. And is there any BMRC metro station coming near this property?

Risk is after paying huge amount to builder and plans dont get approved for years and they dont start construction then money is stuck without any interest being paid. 3500/- per Sqft, normal offer - 4200/- Sqft
