Q: On 26th April 2012 the Maharasthra govt. increased the stamp duty from 2% to 5% without any prior notice. 3% increase in a 2 bhk of around 40 Lakh amounts to 1.2lak increase, totalling to 2 lac from the previous 50 000. This is really looting the middle class. But then why there was no issue in the news papers and media? Increasing the stamp duty 150% at a stroke is unheard.

Few years ago there was some complaints about the SJR Group that they are not delivering the projects on time. Even there was some negative reviews about the builder that they does not provide quality constructions and problems with amenities.
