Hi I have doubt about the carpet area. As they have increased the area initially offered ie from 909 to 932 which they were supposed to give us door pasage but I had checked the flat and there is no such passage. Is this ethical business if builder charging extra for car parking & if this charges are not mentioned in the Agreement , suddenlty at the time of final demand letter if builder is not giving final demand letter unless and until customer need to pay parking charges.
