Q: Anyone who has booked a flat in SMR project called SMR Endeavor at Hoodi Circle, whitefield? They are quoting rate of Rs. 2700 Please let me know as I'll need to understand the pricing and other details. Thanks

What was the payment schedule in your agreement for SMR Vinay Endeavour? Is it date wise or construction wise? What is the per sq ft rate you paid ? The reason I am asking about payment schedule is because the builder is asking me to put date wise payment schedule in the agreement. But then he will provide another letter mentioning that I need to pay only on the basis of construction. Thanks Dev, that was quite useful. I think I can go ahead as well. What is the per sq ft rate you booked at ? He is quoting me Rs 3200 / sq ft.
