Latest Answer: Yes, there are badminton court and a basketball court towards the rear of the project. they have started constructing it and should be ready in 2 months. it is as per their brochure. good luck. (I bought a 3BHK here.)

Latest Answer: As far as I know the builder is providing amenities like club house, swimming pool, landscaped garden, power backup, lift, reserved parking.
