is the rental market very dull in OMR?
Q: My 2.5bhk apt in Marg Pushpadruma, Kalavakkam is vacant since feb 2014 and am still looking for tenants!!

Hey as far as I know Kalavakkam is very well located area at Chennai. It is ideally suited for people in Siruseri IT Park near AGS Cinemas at 13 Km, Mayajal Entertainment Center at 8 Km and Mahabalipuram 18 Km. You can get good returns.
You are right, Himani. Right after I got possession of the flat in MARG Pushpadruma, i got one tenant through online classified ads. But once they vacated in Feb 2014, i am finding it tough to find tenants. Very poor response to online ads. Still hunting!
