Q:
We have booked a flat with Shriram Suhaana (expected completion Aug 2014) a month ago, now they have informed us due to MoEF new proposal of 100 ft. wide approach road the project approval G+13 has been stalled. Would like to know whether other customers have also faced such problem who have recently blocked flats with G+8 and above projects?
Hi everyone ...I am also planning to book a 2 BHK in shriram suhaana...can u give me any information regarding the issue of project approval.....i visited the site 2 days back and they said it will be approved in a week.So,is their any confirmation regarding the approval from the builders for the owners of the flats.
The sales person is pretty confident for last two months about the approval and last week we have been informed over phone that they are waiting for the approval number from BBMP...

Hi All, have applied for Yahoo group membership today. Like to be a part of the larger forum to understand what all are doing and then collectively work as a united lot to safegaurd our interest against the builder. Boked a flat in Oct last year and since then have been pateintly waiting. Marketing guy have a patent responsec 'approval in next 15 days, which has never come. The issue is that these guys are asking to sign the agreement and pay the 20% amount. Liketo know how many of the owners have paid this amount inspite of this project not being fully approved with BBMP approval still on its way. They are assigning a time frame now and putting me in a fix. Definately need some advise on what to do.
we checked with our lawyer as well as a family friend involved in real estate. with their suggestion, we have entered into the agreement last month. We got in writing that once they receive BBMP approval as well as bank approvals then only they will send us demand for next payment.

They have asked us to wait and hope to give us an answer in two weeks time

We have received the BDA layout plan and waiting for the appoved floor plan from BBMP
