Q: I bought a 3 BHK flat (1620 Sq.Ft.) in a project called Cleo County (ABA Corp) in sec-121 Noida at a basic rate of Rs. 3800 psf and have paid 40% to the builder as per their payment plan, now their published rate is at Rs 4490 psf (may be actual deal is at lesser price) and project is still under pre-launch / soft launch. I am bit worried about the delay in it's formal launch. I wanted to know whether I have made a good decision in investing in this project keeping in mind 5 years horizon. APK (Noida)

Latest Answer: @ Rahul, According to sources, out of 24 towers, construction started in 12 towers. Rest 12 towers are in soft launch stage. Nearest landmark is Indian Institute of Foreign Trades, which is around 3 to 4 km from this project. This earthquake resistant project is furnished with amenities like cafeteria, community hall, 24Hrs security with touch panel system, indoor games and power backup.
