Feedback required about Teachers Inno Geo City, Oragadam, Chennai.
Q: Hi Folks, Please let me know your feedback about Teachers Inno Geo City, Oragadam, Chennai. I am planning to go for a 3BHK condominium here. Please let me know if its a wise decision. My requirement is to buy an independent house in Chennai or a flat with more UDS in the range of 35-40 lacs. Please let me know if there are any other alternatives. Thanks in advance, Kiran

Latest Answer: Hi Kiran, Inno geo city changes its plans often, commitments are not met, too slow developments,located at a interior location. No proper road access.Food court is only a Japanese restaurant for few Japanese residing inside. ATM has not yet come. Only very few houses were handed over since start of the project in 2010.
