Q: Hi, I bought a ground floor in an apartment. It has a balcony facing the sky. Since I am staying in Ground Floor, people staying in 1st and 2nd floor are throwing garbage’s, floor mats, cigarette buds and sometime flower pots into my balcony. My grand child always plays in the balcony. So for my safety, I covered the balcony roof with a grill (with good air ventilation). But the apartment owners association is objecting this and they are asking me to remove the grill. They had sent a notice too. I am worried. Can anyone suggest me what to do please? Regards, Guptha.
Latest Answer: Hello Srinivasa, You should report this matter to the apartment owners association that people staying in 1st and 2nd floor are throwing garbage etc in our balcony and taking this matter as a health concern you have covered the balcony roof with a grill.
