I am Giridhar and u can reach me at 9591440788. Naveen, there are actually 2 approach roads for this project. The 1 from Hosa Road side is bit narrow. But there will be a wide road (not sure if its 80ft) from the city planning authority , which will be coming from Sarjapur road, cross the layout in front and touch the hosa road. Also there is a Villa project coming from the Astro just opposite to cascade project. Thats the good part of investing here i think.I am Giridhar and u can reach me at 9591440788. Hi Vikas, Kindly note that we have a forum in Common-floor for the "Green Cascade Owners". Even I am interested in construction no later than 2 years. By that time I feel even the surroundings will be pretty developed and even the tank would be completed. I am not sure how much time the builder will take to complete the tank, but I feel if more number of owners are demanding for that then he has to do that ASAP.
