Q: I am interested to buy a plot in ASTRO GREEN CASCADE. But the only negative factor I see is there is a DUMP YARD exactly in front of the layout. When I asked the same to the ASTRO builders representative, he says the place where the DUMP YARD is present also belongs to ATRO developers and there is VILLA project coming up in that area. Please if anyone is aware of this or if anyone has brought a plot in this layout kindly let me know.

I am Giridhar and u can reach me at 9591440788. Naveen, there are actually 2 approach roads for this project. The 1 from Hosa Road side is bit narrow. But there will be a wide road (not sure if its 80ft) from the city planning authority , which will be coming from Sarjapur road, cross the layout in front and touch the hosa road. Also there is a Villa project coming from the Astro just opposite to cascade project. Thats the good part of investing here i think.I am Giridhar and u can reach me at 9591440788. Hi Vikas, Kindly note that we have a forum in Common-floor for the "Green Cascade Owners". Even I am interested in construction no later than 2 years. By that time I feel even the surroundings will be pretty developed and even the tank would be completed. I am not sure how much time the builder will take to complete the tank, but I feel if more number of owners are demanding for that then he has to do that ASAP. Already 5-6 constructions started here. And Astro guys were telling that 3 more guys have taken plan approval and are going to start construction soon.

I visited the site this weekend. Already 4 constructions are about to complete. One is nearly 70% complete. Attaching some pics here.

This new proposed layout is set in 26 acres of BDA approved land. 15 percent is allotted to garden spaces. The layout will have all modern amenities including a spacious health club, pool, park and wide roads of 30 and 40 feet.The layout will be divided into 300 BDA approved plots and site sizes will be 30x40, 30x45, 30x50, 40x60, 40x70, and 40x80.
I am asking about the DUMP YARD opposite to this layout. I know the details of this layout. Please let me know if you have any info on this.
