Hi Vaibhav, I heard that 2bhk cost is around Rs 40 lakhs in Eastern heights project, b ut I am not sure about the ground floors.
Well 40L is too much an inflated price owing to locality..n d progress of project...also anminities wise i can fingers crossed..36ish Ok..

Aneek, d floor mentioned is 4th actually the project..still doesnt hv lift...n not expected in near future...so taking high floor is risky..
