Owner does not pay share of common expenses.
Q: Hi I want to know if the owner is not staying in an apartment do he need to pay share of common expenses or the apartment building.

Latest Answer: If the apartment owner is not paying the share of common expenses then it is the duty of the tenant to pay the common expenses.
