I want to sale my 1rk flat in bhayander e.
Q: i want to sale my 1rk flat in bhayander e,my society is reg society,i have share certificate,i hve paid stamp duty in year1992 but due to family problems reg delayed and builder refuses to help me right now. what process to be done? pl advice

Latest Answer: According to Maharashtra inspector-general of registration (IGR), if owners delay the registrations of their properties by more than eight months, they will have to pay the stamp duty according to the current market value and not going by the rates prevalent at the time of purchase.
