Planning to buy residential villa plot
Q: I am planning to buy residential villa plot (30*50) in chandapur-annekal road from JS Homes (Lotus).They are quoting 15 lacs and having approval form BMRDA. I want to take this for investment purpose. Could any one advice if its a good choice to invest in that area.

Latest Answer: The plus point of the project is the location and also that the project is approved by BMRDA.
