Q: Does anyone have experience with Maxworth realty? They are selling plots on land which is not even approved by BMRDA.They have very bad feedback on other sites.

My replies to this discussion
We got their land documents reviewed by a lawyer and lawyer said NOT to buy the (Max Chethana) plots. Lawyer said the property is sold by four brothers (party A) to two buyers (party B) and Maxworth (party C) is probably buying it from the party B. But the land is not registered in Maxworth realty's name. So if anyone out of 3 parties play fould we as the buyer will get into trouble. We got their land documents reviewed by a lawyer and lawyer said NOT to buy the (Max Chethana) plots. Hello Prem, How do you know that they are selling plots which are not BMRDA approved?
Hi Santosh, we approached (infact my friend) their agent who said that the land is not yet BMRDA approved. They plan to do it after 3 months. But reading other reviews it appears they use this tactic to delay the approval process, frustrate the buyers so that they pull out of the deal and then they sell it at higher cost.
