Planning to buy a property promoted by RSK housing , wanted to know about the builder, trust worthy , quality of construction , delay in completion etc
Quality of construction is not that much good as per cost what he is taking.
RSK Management is worst they are hiding the things before payment. You pay they will start harass. They won’t cooperate to the customers. this is my personal experience.

Whenever I go to meet RSK MD Ramesh to discussion about completion date always MD Ramesh will be out of town or busy with meetings like answers came from Bhasker/Kadhiresan who is currently in change of office. They also give rude answers. Project started close to 5 year (nearing to complete). Buys /customers have paid 95% of amount. Still there is not sign of handover date. There is no sign of compensation amount for delay. Still there is no response from RSK office.

I am an owner of a flat in RSK Orchid Garden, Navalur. I wish to connect with other buyers who have bought flats in this gated community. I feel there is a delay in the project completion and would welcome other's opinion in this project. There is also design flaw in the kitchen.

I have purchased an apartment at RSK Orchid - Navalur on the 1st day of launch at launch price. Its almost 3 years and there is no sign of completion of the project. As told by all, when ever we try to meet the owners or any representatives, they always give us a smile and say "Sir, Project will complete in 3mnths". I received this response more than 4 times and thus a year has been completed. These guys are very irresponsible in terms of responding to queries. Due to the slow progress, we are forced to pay rent for the current house and also pay home loan interest for an apartment which has no idea on completion. I am strongly with you all, just like me i am sure there would be lot of people suffer for different reasons. Lets unite together and see if we cud do something, if you guys are forming any groups pls add me..
