Information about Prestige Tranquility.
Q: Hi, Can someone tell me the facts and figures about the 2.5 BHK with 1444 sq ft in tower 10. I do not see Prestige marketing people putting any public info online. Is there something fishy?

Hi, I am planning to book an apartment in Prestige Tranquility. I have already payed the booking amount and I am told that I would get the legal papers related to the property after I pay the remaining 15%. I am bit worried, because I am paying considerable amount of money(~10lakhs) without validating the legal papers with a lawyer. Has anybody here booked an apartment in Tranquility? KIndly advice.. Residents experience at Tranquility - level 1 (L1)
Q: Hi, I have booked an apartment at L1 (level1) in Tranquility which is an upcoming Prestige project. I want to understand the experience of residents staying at L1 in Shantiniketan, wrt the sound, pest and any other issues if any. Please share your experience. Thanks, Sunil

Hey Sunil, I am also a resident of L1, but in Purva's apartments. Sound, light are all fine here... but pest thing is bit annoying us..
I was told that the association will take care of the pests. In Purva you have the pest problem inspite of that or is it like nothing is being done to take care of that?

When is the possession date for Tranquillity? I appreciate if you can share your buying experience and price details.
Hi, The project has 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK out of which only 3BHKs are available now.(however you might get 1BHK, 2BHK as resale) You need to pay 4lakhs for booking and then 15% of the property price(including the booking amount) in 15 days. expected date of possession is 2014 december.
