Planning to buy a plot
Q: I am planning to buy an open plot and construct my own house for residential purpose.Currently i am looking at alkapuri (near manikonda) and beeram guda.Which one is a better option as a residential area/renting it out?I am willing to invest upto 45 lakhs for plot/land.Please advise.
