Can a Flat be sold / transferred to another person at the time of allocation by NBCC?
Q: I have been allocated a flat under the recently held draws for Phase II, Gurgaon Heights, Pataudi Road, Guragon. I do not want to get that flat. Can I transfer it to some other person immediately?

Latest Answer: You can talk with NBCC and tell them that you do not want the flat. NBCC will tell what are the procedures and all.
