Orchid Ozone to DB Ozone, update with the registrars.
Q: Recently received a letter via email from DB stating they have changed the name from Orchid Ozone to DB Ozone. I have already registered the property immediately after booking in March 2010. does this change in name from Orchid Ozone to DB Ozone needs to be updated with the registrars.

Is buyer liable to pay VAT + Interest?
Q: Received letter from DB asking for VAT plus 15% interest. Is the interest amount is really liable to pay by the buyer?

Q: Any news or confirmation about the change in name of Orchid Ozone to DB Ozone by the builder. If anybody has changed it in the aggreement to sale?
