Few points one must consider before buying any Pyramid builder property. +Ve points Building progress is good. Can had over building withing stated time. Builder is reachable any time and flexible with praising. Good documentation Khata and OC provided. -Ves, Builder not able to complete 100% work of Pyramid Bankshia, Mahika is just extension of it. Observed lot of leakage issues in 4th floor and utility areas in Bankshia apartments, which builder not attending.
